What is the Internet of Things (IoT)? History, background
Why is this important?
Challenges and problems in making IoT happen?
What are the potential dangers?
Several concrete examples of real life IoT.
Where IoT is not the answer to everything - i.e. this is not the swiss army knife to all problems.
Where it is appropriate?
Who is working on different aspects of IoT today? (companies, researchers, standards)
Since this is still relatively new - what are the opportunities or gaps that folks can help address or contribute to? And where can one pitch in?
