I had the about us page set up as an embedded Google document, but I didn't have it shared with the world. So it looked ok to me when I was logged in as the editor of the site, but wasn't working for anyone else.
It's fixed now. I took out the embedded document since the formatting wasn't working the way I wanted anyway.
